TERMS OF SALE
• Payment: 100% payment is due at time of order. We will contact you once the item has arrived, verify the shipping address or time of pick up, and in the event that it is shipped, provide tracking numbers upon request.

• Sizing: Bridesmaid designers do not offer standard sizing. Most bridesmaids dresses run smaller than ready to wear. Measurements are used along with a designer supplied size chart to determine the best size for you based on the information provided. Dresses are not made to customer's measurements and generally, additional tailoring is necessary for the ideal fit. If you choose to select your own size, please refer to the designer size chart for guidance. Sizes are chosen by Promise...for the savvy bride based on the understanding that you have been professionally measured and those measurements are accurate. Please be sure that the waist measurement is taken at the narrowest part of the waist (NOT where you wear your jeans!), and bust and hips are taken at the fullest part respectively to further ensure accuracy. Additional fees:
If you are taller than 5'8" you may need extra length or if your measurements suggest a size larger than a 18, additional charges may apply and vary with each designer.

• Return Policy: All special orders are not returnable or exchangeble. Orders cannot be canceled regardless of change in plans. Balence is due in full upon items arrival to Promise..for the savvy bride.
